Every year the Industry Employee Awards have been held, most nominations are submitted in the days leading up to the cut off date.  This week, the Irish thoroughbred industry has been grieving the sad and untimely death of Michael O’Sullivan.  Michael’s funeral highlighted the tight bonds which unite us and it was appropriate to pause our promotion of the awards at this difficult time.  That being the case, we have extended the nomination cut off date by a week.  The extended date is now Tuesday, March 4th.
