We have had several recent enquiries about this year’s awards.  Having reviewed how they have worked over the past few years we agreed that the mid-August nomination deadline was impacting us.  It’s a particularly busy time for those involved in racing and sales and it was a challenge for people to find time to complete the nominations.  That being the case, we have decided to return to a nomination window which will run from December to late January/early February with a view to an awards ceremony taking place in May.  That is the timeline we used in the early years of Godolphin’s sponsorship and we are confident that returning to it will be welcomed.  The promotion of ITIEA will recommence later this year and we look forward to adding to the impressive list of Irish thoroughbred industry employees through recognition and reward.
